Refund and Cancellation Policy

Human Guidance and Welfare Centre (HGWC) deeply appreciates every contribution made in support of its charitable and welfare activities.

All donations received are treated as voluntary and non-refundable, as they are immediately applied toward ongoing programs and community initiatives. We therefore request donors to carefully verify all details before completing any transaction.

General Policy

As a general principle, HGWC does not entertain refund or cancellation requests once a donation has been successfully processed. However, we understand that errors may occasionally occur, such as duplicate transactions or incorrect payment entries.

In such exceptional cases, HGWC may, at its sole discretion, review the situation and consider a refund on a case-by-case basis after appropriate verification.

Refund Requests

Any donor seeking to raise a request under exceptional circumstances should contact us at hgwcin@gmail.com within three (3) days of the transaction, providing relevant details and proof of payment.

HGWC cannot guarantee refunds in all cases, and the final decision regarding approval or rejection of any refund request will rest exclusively with the Trust. The processing time for any approved refund will depend on the mode of payment and may take several working days.
